Shipping & Billing Address

At checkout put your recipient's details in the shipping address, and your own personal details in the billing address.

Which Suburbs do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to over 160 suburbs, a full list can be found on our delivery zone page.

How much is delivery?

Starting from $9.99-$49.99 per address.
Delivery suburbs are separated into Zones ranging from 0km-38km radius from Wollert 3750.

When can you deliver?

Tuesday to Saturday.

We'll notify you via email when your order is on the road, and when your order has been delivered. 

Hint: keep an eye of your junk folder incase your order notifications mistakenly end up there!

What time do you make deliveries?

Orders will be delivered from 8am-5pm.
If you do have a time preference make sure to add your preferred time in the "Instructions & addition info" at check out. Delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, especially during peak busy times eg. Mothers day & Valentines day.

Can I collect my Flowers?

Yes! Collections are available from our Wollert Studio Vic 3750
Tuesday to Saturday

When can I collect?

From 12pm-2pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Please wait until you receive your order is ready email before coming to collect. 

Hint: keep an eye of your junk folder incase your order notifications mistakenly end up there!

Can I send a card message?

Yes! Please make sure your card message is spelt correctly, as Thallo will not correct any spelling.
Card messages are hand written by us so unfortunately Emojis cannot be included.

How do I keep my Flowers fresh?

What payment options are there?

Thallo Floral Designs accepts Credit and Debit payments online, Paypal, direct deposits and over the phone payment.

What is your return policy?

Thallo Floral Designs handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Thallo Floral Designs must be notified and contacted via email at info@thallofloraldesigns.com.au within three (3) days of purchase. For more details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

What flower will you use?

Our Flowers are brought from the market daily and to order.
Photos are a reference of our style and colours. 
Flowers used will differ slightly to those shown in the photographs due to seasonal availability.
